Since Domaine Faiveley’s founding in 1825, the Faiveley family has devoted most of its resources to acquiring the best vineyards in the finest climates in Burgundy: Gevrey-Chambertin, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet and Mercurey among others.

Now in it’s seventh generation, the winery is defined by an intense respect for this most auspicious of terroirs and the no-nonsense belief that great wine comes from great grapes. Accordingly, the wines produced here are defined simply by their quality of production and the well-established quality of the terroir here.

Theirs is a quality-over-quantity approach, too. While come wineries tend toward mass production, the  vineyards here are fragmented with an average surface area of just one hectare per appellation, meaning the number of bottles produced for each wine is therefore particularly limited and exclusive.

All of this comes together to produce quintessentially excellent Burgundy wines. Their Pinot Noir, for example (a grape that calls the region home) is aged in both vats and French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months in Nuist-Sant-George.

Domaine Faiveley’s Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are both available to order now on the BottlesXO app in Singapore, with no minimum order or delivery fee.
